Refunds for Listing Packages:

Refunds for purchased listing packages are generally not offered after the commencement of the listing period. This is because once your listing is active, we incur costs associated with maintaining and promoting your listing on our platform. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if the following conditions apply:

Significant Errors: If we make a significant error in your listing details (e.g., incorrect business name, address, or contact information) that materially impacts your business and was not caused by your inputting incorrect information, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the nature and extent of the error and the time elapsed since the listing activation. We will review the evidence you provide to substantiate your claim.

Technical Issues: If technical difficulties on our platform prevent your listing from being displayed correctly or at all for an extended period (beyond our typical service restoration timeframe which will be clearly defined and communicated to you) and our team is unable to resolve the issues promptly, you may be eligible for a refund for the period of time your listing was unavailable. We will assess the duration and impact of the technical issue before determining the extent of the refund.

Duplicate Listings: If we accidentally create duplicate listings for your business without your explicit consent, you are entitled to a full refund for the duplicate listing fee. Please notify us immediately if you identify any duplicate listings.

Refunds for Other Services:

Refunds for other services offered on our platform, such as advertising or premium features, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered will include the nature of the service, the reason for the refund request, and the time elapsed since purchase. Generally, refunds will not be offered for services that have been fully utilized or have provided the expected outcome. However, exceptions might be made in cases of gross negligence or misrepresentation on our part.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, you must submit a detailed request through our support channels. Clearly state the reason for your request and provide any relevant supporting documentation. Our team will review your request and will contact you within 3-4 business days to inform you of our decision.
